| 【】 目的：探讨延伸护理对社区脑卒中后长期卧床患者照料者压疮预防知识水平的提升效果研究。方法：按筛选标准选取嘉定区马陆地区2014年1月~2月,居家脑卒中后长期卧床无自理能力患者的照料者30名,通过对其进行压疮定义、压疮分期、发生原因、好发部位、危险因素、预防方法、具体预防措施、有效护理、翻身方法、营养支持、预防目的意义等压疮预防知识培训和定期入户现场指导,评价其干预前后的认知情况。结果：延伸护理对社区脑卒中后长期卧床患者照料者压疮预防知识水平的提升效果,因认知程度不同提升效果不同,“认知高”的P值为0.350,无统计学意义,“认知一般”和“认知低”的P值均为0.000,有统计学意义。结论：延伸护理能有效提升社区脑卒中后长期卧床患者照料者压疮预防的知识水平,从而降低患者的压疮发生率,提高患者生活质量。 |

| Objective:Study on? the effect of improving the level of knowledge on prevention of pressure ulcer about extended care on stroke in community after long-term bedridden patients caregivers?Methods:?According to the selection criteria to select jiading malu region from January 2014 to February, long-term lie in bed after stroke that occupy the home caregivers of patients with self-care ability of 30, through carries on the definition, pressure sores in installment, causes pressure ulcers, good location, risk factors, prevention methods and specific preventive measures and effective nursing, roll over method, such as the significance of nutritional support, prevention of pressure ulcers prevention knowledge training and regular household on-site guidance, evaluate its cognitive situation before and after intervention.Results:Extended care for community bedridden patients after stroke caregivers pressure ulcers prevention knowledge level of ascension effect, because of different cognition level to enhance the effect of different, cognitive high P =0.350, no statistical significance, cognition and cognitive generally low P =0.000 was statistically significant.Conclusion:Extended nursing can effectively improve the level of knowledge on prevention of pressure ulcer of stroke in community after long-term bedridden patients caregivers, to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients, improve quality of life in patients. |
