【】目的探讨清热活血消肿方熏洗治疗配合护理干预混合痔术后肛门水肿的临床疗效。方法将60例Ⅱ-Ⅳ期混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用自拟清热活血消肿方熏洗坐浴,对照组采用痔疾洗液熏洗；两组均治疗7天,观察比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后水肿积分比较,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05),两组治疗后组间水肿积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论经清热活血消肿方治疗混合痔术后创面水肿疗效明显,配以针对性护理,能够进一步缓解术后肛门水肿。

英文摘要:

【】Objective To discussion the clinical efficacy of qingrehuoxuexiaozhongfang Fumigation treatment with nursing intervention in mixed-hemorrhoids anal edema.Methods 60 cases of Ⅱ-Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group (30 cases), the treatment group were qingrehuoxuexiaozhongfang Fumigation Bath and the control group hemorrhoids lotion Fumigation Bath ; Both groups were treated for 7 days, observe and compare the clinical efficacy in patients.Results After treatment of edema integration in each group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective of treatment group rate than the control group. Conclusion The qingrehuoxuexiaozhongfang treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative wound edema obvious effect, together with targeted care, can further ease the anal edema.
