| 目的 比较碘伏阴道擦洗与碘伏阴道冲洗对于妇科手术患者术前准备的临床效果。方法 将80例择期手术的患者,随机分组为对照组(n=40)与实验组(n=40),观察组于术前一天及手术当天做碘伏阴道冲洗,实验组于术前一天及手术当天做碘伏阴道擦洗。分别在干预前,以及手术当天阴道准备后取阴道拭子做阴道白带常规检查和细菌培养,对两组的操作时间,患者舒适度、患者满意度、术后血常规检查(白细胞数值)、术后体温等进行比较。结果 对照组与实验组在白带常规、白带培养、术后体温等数据比较均无差异(P＞0.05).,对照组与实验组在操作时间,患者舒适程度、患者满意度比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 阴道擦洗效果与阴道冲洗效果无差异,但在操作时间和患者舒适度有明显差异,妇科术前阴道擦洗可替代阴道冲洗,提高患者舒适感及满意度,提高护士工作效率。 |

?samples?of?vaginal?secretion?to?do?the?routine?and?bacterium?test?both?before?
intervention?and?after?the?vaginal?preparations?on?the?day?of?the?surgery. Compare
?between?two?groups?the?following?items:?the?length?of?the?surgery,?comfortable
?degree?of?the?patients,?satisfaction?of?the?patients,?post-surgery?blood?routine?examination(white?cell?level),post-surgery?temperature,?etc. Results:?There?is?no?difference (p>0.05)between?the?control?group?and?experimental?group?over?the?results?of?routine?test?
and?bacterium?culture?on?the?vaginal?secretion?and?post?surgery?temperature(p>0.05).
There?is?statistical?difference?between?the?control?group?and?experimental?group?over?
the?length?of?the?surgery,?comfortable?degree?and?satisfaction?of?the?patients(p<0.05).
Conclusion:?There?is?no?difference between effects of?scrubbing?and?douching?to?
the?vagina.?But there is difference between effects of?the?length?of?the?surgery and of comfortable?degree?of?the?patients. The?douching?of?the?vagina?can?be?substituted?
to?scrubbing?to?raise?the?patients"?comfortable?degree?and?satisfaction?before?gyneco-
logical operation,?which?could?also?help?improving?the?efficiency?of the?nurses. |
