【】目的：分析胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者围手术期的护理要点及效果评价。方法：回顾性分析84例胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组42例采用常规护理,观察组42例则在常规护理的基础上实施精心护理干预,加强心理护理。对比观察组与对照组出现术后肌无力危象及肺部感染的情况以及对护士的满意度情况。结果：与对照组相比,观察组发生肌无力危象及肺部感染的机率相对较低,差异具统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：通过对胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者在常规护理的基础上采取精心的护理干预(术后加强呼吸道管理、引流管护理及加强心理护理),可显著降低肌无力危象及呼吸道并发症的几率,缩短患者的住院时间,提高病人的满意度。

【】Objective: To investigate the key points and effect of perioperative nursing for patients of thymoma with myasthenia gravis (MG). Method: We presented a retrospective study including 84 patients of thymoma with MG who were randomized into two groups. The routine group of 42 patients accepting the routine nursing served as control while the study group of 42 patients accepted the routine nursing and additional meticulous nursing. We compared the incidence of myasthenia gravis crisis and pulmonary infection, as well as patient satisfaction in the two groups. Results: The study group showed decreased incidence of myasthenia gravis crisis and pulmonary infection compared to the controls (p<0.05). Conclusion: Meticulous nursing including airway management, drainage nursing and psychological nursing could be of great help to reduce the incidence of myasthenia gravis crisis and pulmonary infection, to shorten the hospitalization and improve patient satisfaction.
