      【】目的 构建中医院护士胜任力指标体系。方法 通过文献法、小组讨论法初步拟定中医院护士胜任力指标体系;应用德尔斐法进行指标筛选;采用优序图法和专家咨询法进行指标权重。结果 构建了中医院护士胜任力指标体系,该指标体系由知识、技能、个人特质和职业价值观4个一级指标,15个二级指标,36个三级指标,并分别赋予相应的权重值。结论 本研究所构建的中医院护士胜任力指标体系符合中医院护士的工作特点,为中医院护士的培养、分层管理及专科护士的培养提供了参考依据。

      【】Objective:The Purpose of study is to construct the competency index system of Chinese medicine hospital. Method(s):This study adopts literature method, group discussion method to make nurses of TCM Hospital competence index system; applicats Delphi method to select the indicators, the weight of each index is determined by the precedence diagram method and expert consultation method. Result(s):In this study, we constructed the competency index system of nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital. The index system consists of 4 levels of knowledge, skills, personal characteristics and professional values, two 15 level indicators, three 36 level indicators, and respectively, to give the corresponding weight value. The corresponding weight values were given respectively. Conclusion:The nurse competency index system constructed by this research is in line with the characteristics of the work of nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. It provides reference for the training, management and training of nurses.
