目的探讨移动护理信息系统(PDA)在护理质量和安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院心内科PDA使用前2013.10月~2014.10月为对照组,PDA使用后2014.10月~2015.10月为实验组,比较两组在护理质量(护理文件书写质量、基础护理、专科护理、分级护理)的得分和护理缺陷发生例数以及医生、患者对护士满意度。结果 PDA的使用在护理文件书写质量、基础护理、专科护理、分级护理、护理缺陷发生例数及医生、患者对护士满意度方面有显著差异 (P < 0.05 )。结论 PDA的使用可以有效提高护理质量,保障患者安全,提高满意度。

英文摘要:

objective To explore the application effect of mobile nursing information system (PDA) in nursing quality and safety management. Method Select the department of Cardiology in one hospital in 2013.10 ~2014.10 before PDA use for the control group, PDA 2014.10 ~2015.10 after PDA use for the experimental group,Comparison the score between the two groups in nursing quality(Nursing document writing quality, basic nursing care, specialist care, grading nursing)and number of cases of nursing defects and doctor, patient satisfaction with nurses. Result The use of PDA in the nursing documents writing quality, basic nursing, nursing care, grading nursing, the number of cases of nursing defects and doctors, patients" satisfaction have significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of PDA can effectively improve the quality of care and ensure the safety of patients, improve satisfaction.
