      目的 探讨情景模拟案例分析对手术护生操作能力及应变能力的影响。方法 选取2015年2月至5月在我院手术室实习的80名护生为研究对象,采用简单随机的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用情景模拟案例分析教学,比较两组护生的操作能力及应变能力变化。结果 观察组在无菌操作、术前访视、术中配合、术后整理、护理文书手术室操作能力方面好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生在准确评估病情、反应能力、心理素质、沟通效率等应急能力方面均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟案例分析能够有效提高手术室护生操作能力及应变能力,效果优于传统教学方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation case analysis on operation ability and strain capacity of nursing students. Methods 80 nursing students from February May to 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was used the traditional teaching method, the observation group was given the scenario simulation case analysis teaching, the two groups were compared of operation ability and the strain capacity. Results aseptic operation, preoperative visit, operation cooperation, postoperative care and nursing documents in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Accurate assessment of disease, response ability, psychological quality, communication efficiency and other emergency response capacity in observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion scenario simulation case analysis can effectively improve the operation ability and strain capacity of nursing students in operation room, and the effect is better than the traditional teaching methods.
