      目的：评价中医护理对社区老年颈椎病患者病情干预的效果。方法：选取本社区门诊老年颈椎病患者80例，随机分为干预组和对照组各40例，对照组只进行常规颈椎病护理，干预组在对照组基础上进行系统的中医护理干预，评价两组干预前后VDS评分与颈椎病治疗效果。结果 2组患者VDS评分干预后均有显著下降（P均＜0.01）。干预组治疗总有效率为90%，对照组为72.5%，2组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 中医护理干预可明显缓解老年颈椎病疼痛，提高其治疗效果，在颈椎病治疗中具有可行性、高效性及安全性。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the patient"s condition in the elderly patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods: selected 80 cases of the community elderly patients with cervical spondylosis, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each group had 40 cases, control group received only routine cervical disease nursing, intervention group in the control group on the basis of TCM nursing intervention of system, evaluation of two groups before and after the intervention of VDS score and cervical spondylosis therapeutic effect. Results after the intervention, the VDS scores of the 2 groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.01). The total effective rate of the intervention group was 90%, and the control group was 72.5%, and there was significant difference between the 2 groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing intervention can significantly relieve the pain of cervical spondylosis in elderly patients, improve the treatment effect, in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is feasible, high efficiency and safety.
