      [目的]采用meta分析探讨两种不同封管液-生理盐水和肝素钠对静脉留置封管效果的影响,为临床静脉留置针封管针液使用提供依据。 [方法]计算机检索Cochrane 图书馆、pubmed、中文科技期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据,维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP),收集2000年至2016年5月30日,国内公开发表的关于静脉留置针两种不同封管液效果比较的随机对照试验(RCT)或者半随机对照试验(CCT),对符合标准的研究,采用RevMan5．0统计软件进行荟萃分析。[结果] 共有16篇文献符合纳入标准,包括2397名患者,肝素钠组1187例,生理盐水组1210例,Meta分析结果显示：两种封管液在堵管发生率、回血发生率、静脉炎发生率、平均留置针天数比较,差异均无统计学意义。[结论] 在静脉留置针封管使用上,生理盐水与肝素钠使用无差异,生理盐水的使用可以减轻患者痛苦和经济负担,减轻护士工作量,应在临床上推广使用。

      [Objective]Meta analysis was used to study the effect of two different sealing fluid - physiological saline and heparin sodium on the effect of indwelling catheter to provide the basis for the use of sealing tube for the clinical intravenous indwelling needle.[method]Computer search Cochrane library、pubmed、CNKI、CBM、wanfang、VIP, collected from 2000 to May 30, 2016 RCT or CCT about two different types of liquid sealing effect of intravenous indwelling needle,to meet the standards of research, using RevMan5.0 statistical software for meta-analysis.[result]A total of 16 articles met the inclusion criteria,Including 2397 patients, 1187 cases of heparin sodium group, 1210 normal saline group,Meta analysis results show:There was no significant difference between the two types of sealing fluid in the blocking rate, the rate of return to blood, the incidence of phlebitis, the average number of days of indwelling needle, and the difference was not statistically significant.[Conclusion]There was no difference in the use of normal saline and heparin sodium in the use of indwelling needle in vein,the use of physiological saline can reduce the pain and economic burden of patients, reduce the workload of nurses, should be popularized in clinical use.
