      目的:探讨在岗前培训中应用体验式教学法提高新入职护士的临床沟通能力 方法:采用体验式教学法,结合课堂体验与门诊实践体验进行新护士临床沟通能力培训,使用护生临床沟通能力自评量表测量沟通能力,并对照培训前后自评结果分析培训效果。 结果:培训前新护士沟通能力平均得分为3.07±0.30,培训后3.21±0.32,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训后,建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认病人问题和验证感受四个维度得分提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论:将体验式教学法应用于新护士沟通技巧培训中,通过经验性的学习方法与观察、反馈及演练相结合,可以有效提高其沟通能力。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To explore the effect of experiential teaching method on improving the clinical communication skills among newly recruited nurses. Methods: Experiential teaching method combined with classroom experience and clinical practice experience was carried in the clinical communication skills training among newly recruited nurses. The communication skills were measured with self-rated scale of clinical communication skills of nursing students, and were comparedbefore and after the training to analyze the effect of training effect. Results:The average scores of communication skills was 3.07±0.30 before training and 3.21±0.32 after training, of which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). After training, the average scores of four subscales ( establishment of a harmonious relationship, keen listening, confirm the patient’s problems and verification the feelings) were improved with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Through the combination of experiential learning method and observation, feedback and practice, the application of experience teaching method in the communication skills training could effectively improve the communication skills among newly recruited nurses.
