      目的 探讨精神科护士工作倦怠的情况及对策。方法 采用自编一般资料问卷、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对我院100名在职精神科护士进行问卷调查。结果 高年资护士情绪衰竭方面高于低年资护士,护师工作倦怠感最为严重;临床一线护士每天与病人接触时间长,情绪衰竭越明显;翻班护士比长日班护士在情绪衰竭、玩世不恭程度显著增大。结论 精神科护士存在不同程度的工作倦怠,学习采取积极的应对策略应对情绪困扰,提高精神科护士对自身职业价值的认可,建议管理者关注精神科护士的压力状况,加强对精神科护士的支持,以降低工作倦怠感的产生,提高护理质量,稳定护理团队。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the situation and countermeasures of psychiatric nurses job burnout.Methods The questionnaire of general information, job burnout inventory (MBI - GS) in our questionnaire survey to 100 serving psychiatric nurses.Results high qualification nurses emotional exhaustion is higher than low qualification nurses, nurses job burnout feeling is most serious.Long a clinical nurse daily contact with the patient, emotional exhaustion, the more obvious.Shifts nurses than long day shift nurses increase significantly in the degree of emotional exhaustion and cynicism.Conclusion There are different degrees of psychiatric nurses job burnout, learning active coping strategies to cope with emotional distress, improve psychiatric nurses recognition of their own professional value, suggest that managers focus on psychiatric nurses stress status, strengthen support for psychiatric nurses, to reduce the job burnout, improve the quality of nursing, stable care team.
