目的探讨胆肠吻合术后患者因胆管结石行单气囊小肠镜(Single-balloon enteroscope,SBE)辅助逆行胰胆管造影术(Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)的护理配合要点及技巧。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2016年5月上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院对62例胆肠吻合术后患者（胆管空肠吻合Roux-en-Y术史47例，胰十二指肠切除术后胆管空肠吻合术史15例）因胆管结石用SBE行ERCP诊疗的临床资料、医护配合方法和护理。结果 62例患者中，用SBE成功进入空肠输入袢到达胆肠吻合口58/62例（93.55%），胆管插管成功57/58例（98.28%）；57例成功插管患者中的13例行诊断性ERCP，44例行诊断、取石及经内镜鼻胆管引流术(Endoscopic Nasobiliary Drainage,ENBD）；所有患者经良好的医护配合操作和护理，均无消化道穿孔、出血和感染等并发症。结论 SBE辅助下ERCP治疗胆肠吻合术后患者的胆管结石是可行和安全的，良好的医护配合和护理是诊治成功的关键。

【】 Objective To explore the key point of nursing and cooperation of Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) assisted by single-balloon enteroscopy(SBE) in patients with bilioenteric anastomosis． Methods We retrospectively analyze the clinical data, nursing coordination and perioperative nursing in the patients who underwent ERCP assisted by SBE from Mar 2010 to May 2016． Results In 58 of 62 patients ,afferent loop intubation and selective cannulation of biliary duct was successful in 93.55% and 98.28%, respectively. Procedure of diagnosis was carried out in 13 patients, and therapeutic in 44 patients who underwent stone removal+ENBD. With the well cooperation and perioperative nursing,There was no complication of perforation and bleeding in all patients. Conclusion ERCP assisted by SBE is feasible in patients with altered postsurgical anatomy presenting with biliary problems permitting diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Well cooperation and perioperative nursing are the key points for success of the procedure.
