目的:了解在职本科护士报考护理研究生的心理体验,为在职本科护士及管理者制定相关决策提供借鉴依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,与研究对象进行半结构式访谈,分析17名在职本科护士(包括13名在岗在职本科护士,4名经在职本科护士考取的护理研究生)对报考护理研究生的心理体验。结果:报考护理研究生占32%,其原因为“提高科研能力28%”、“脱离临床工作54%”、“求知与热爱18%”;不报考护理研究生占68%,其原因为“满足现状34%”、“其他发展18%”、“职业认同感低48%”。结论:少数在职本科护士选择报考护理研究生,护士本身及管理者应采取措施进行规划与引导,做好职业决策,培养优秀本科护士。 |

Abstract Objective To know about the pshychological experience of the on-the-job undergraduate nurses enter for nursing postgraduates,and provide a reference basis for themselves and manager to make decisions.Methods The descriptive phenomenological research methods in qualitative study were adopted in this paper and 17 on-the-job undergraduate nurses were done with unstructured interview. Analyze the pshychological experience of enterring for nursing postgraduates.
Results The percentage of entering for nursing postgraduates is 32%,reasons can be listed as follows:improve research capacity 28%,break away from clinical work54%,seek knowledge and love18%;the percentage of not entering is 68%,reasons include:be satisfied with current situation34%,other development18%,low professional self-identity48%.Conclusions Only a minority of nurses choose to entering for nursing postgraduates.Nurses and manager should take steps to offer guidance,make a good plan and decision to cultivate excellent undergraduate nurses. |
