      目的 探讨由临床老师扮演的标准化病人在血液科护理带教中应用效果。方法 选择血液科2015届护理专科实习生53名,随机分为对照组27名和实验组26名。对照组采用传统考核方法;实验组在传统临床带教方式基础上加用临床老师扮演标准化病人教学。结果:实验组和对照组在入科理论与护理评估、健康教育能力等成绩无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组的出科护理评估、健康教育能力、病例分析和应急预案等成绩显著高于对照组 (P<0.01),但两组出科时理论考试成绩无显著差异(P>0.05);实习护生对教学效果、带教老师的满意度进行比较,实验组高于对照组(P〈0.01),具有统计学意义。结论 由临床带教老师扮演的标准化病人在血液科临床护理教育中能提升临床护理实习生的实践综合能力;提高护理实习生对临床带教老师的满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the application effect of the standardized patient played by clinical teachers nursing teaching in Department of Hematology. Methods: 53 undergraduate nursing trainees had been selected in the year of 2015, then, they were randomly divided into control group (27) and experimental group (26). Traditional assessment methods were used in control group. The experimental group was used standard patient teaching in addition to traditional clinical teaching methods. Outcome: There was no significant difference in terms of the scores of science theory, nursing inquiry and health education abilitySbetween two groups when their entrance (P>0.05). The experimental group of nursing diagnosis, health education ability, achievement analysis and emergency cases was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). Theory examination scores of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). There was statistical significance in terms of nursing trainees’ satisfaction on teaching methods and teachers’ satisfaction (P < 0.01). The experimental group was higher than the control group. Conclusion: standardized patient in clinical nursing education can improve the clinical nursing trainees’ comprehensive ability. In addition, nursing trainees" satisfaction on clinical teaching has also been improved.
