      【】 目的 探讨冠状动脉造影术后使用桡动脉止血气囊的患者首次减压的适宜时间。 方法 将300例冠状动脉造影术后使用桡动脉止血气囊的患者,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组100例,分别在术后2h、1.5h、1h进行首次减压。观察三组的止血成功率、术侧手指肿胀程度及患者的舒适度。 结果 C组止血成功率明显低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；A组术侧手指肿胀程度明显高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；三组患者的舒适度两两之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 冠脉造影术后宜在1.5h开始首次减压,既保证止血效果,又能减轻患者术侧手指肿胀程度,提高患者舒适度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the best time to relieve the radial hemostatic device for the first time after coronary angiography. Methods Three hundred patients after coronary angiography were randomly divided into three groups as the time difference, each group including one hundred patients. The hemostatic effect, hand complications and comfort degree were observed. Results The successfulShemostasisSrate of group C was lower than other two groups(P<0.05). The finger swelling degree of group A was higher than other two groups(P<0.05). The comfort degree of the three groups was also compared(P<0.05), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions After coronary angiography, the suitable time to relieve the hemostatic device for the first time was 1.5h, which ensuring the hemostatic effect,reducing the finger swelling degree and improving the comfort degree.
