      通过品管圈活动以降低急诊预检分诊失误率；方法 科室成立品管圈小组，通过主题选定、现状调查和原因分析、对策实施、效果确认等PDCA 的步骤循环进行持续质量改进。结果 品管圈活动后，急诊预检分诊的失误率从12.25%降低到4.78%，其中分区错误率从19.41%降低到5.10%，病情分级错误率从13.57%降低到4.73%，内科错误率从7.0%降低到2.91%，外科错误率从4.88%降低到1.10%。品管圈活动前后比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)；无形效果各维度得分有明显提高。结论 品管圈应用于急诊预检分诊的管理中，可有效降低急诊预检分诊的失误率，提高团队的协作精神及工作积极性，增加护士的归属感与成就感，值得在临床中推广使用。
英文摘要:
      Through quality control circle activities in order to reduce emergency preview triage errors; Methods set up quality control department team, selected through the theme, the present situation investigation, analysis of the causes and countermeasures implementation, sure step of PDCA cycle of continuous quality improvement. Results after the quality control circle activities, emergency preview triage turnovers reduced from 12.25% to 12.25%, the partition error rate reduced from 19.41% to 5.10%, disease classification error rate reduced from 13.57% to 4.73%, reduce medical error rate from 7.0% to 2.91%, surgical error rate reduced to 1.10% from 4.88%. Quality control circle activities before and after comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001); Invisible effect each dimension scores have increased significantly. Conclusions qc circle used in emergency preview triage management, can effectively reduce the emergency preview triage errors, improve the team cooperation spirit and work enthusiasm, increase nurses' sense of belonging and a sense of achievement, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
