| 目的 探讨同伴支持教育对达芬奇机器人辅助肾肿瘤剜除术后患者自我管理、社会支持及健康行为的影响。 方法 选取我院于2014年10月至2015年10月收治的达芬奇机器人辅助肾肿瘤剜除术患者78例作为对照组,另选取我院于2015年11月至2016年11月收治的达芬奇机器人辅助肾肿瘤剜除术患者78例作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施同伴支持教育护理,记录两组护理前后自我管理、社会支持以及健康行为情况,并进行比较分析。 结果 两组护理前自我管理、社会支持以及健康行为情况无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。护理后,观察组自我管理能力各评分、社会支持评分以及健康行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 对达芬奇机器人辅助肾肿瘤剜除术后患者应用同伴支持教育护理可有效提高患者自我管理能力,改善社会支持水平并促进形成健康行为,值得推广。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of peer support education on self-management, social support and health behavior of DaVinci robot after renal enucleation. Methods Select our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were given in addition to surgery in patients with tumor of leonardo Da Vinci robot assisted 78 cases as control group, the other selected from November 2015 to November 2016 were given in addition to surgery in patients with tumor of leonardo Da Vinci robot assisted as observation group of 78 cases. In the control group, routine nursing intervention was carried out. The observation group carried out nursing intervention based on peer support education. The self-management, social support and health behavior of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results There was no significant difference in self - management, social support and health behavior between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After nursing, the scores of self-management ability, social support score and health behavior score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on peer support education can improve the self - management ability of patients, improve the level of social support and promote the formation of healthy behavior, which is worth popularizing. |
