目的初步构建儿科护理风险预警敏感指标体系。方法采用Delphi法对30名护理专家进行2轮问卷咨询,以确定儿科护理风险预警敏感指标。结果2轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率分别为100％和86.7％。2轮咨询的专家权威系数分别为0.846和0.868,专家意见总体协调系数分别为0.268和0.243。经2轮咨询形成由3项一级指标、7项二级指标、31项三级指标组成的儿科护理风险预警敏感指标体系。结论本次经2轮专家咨询形成的儿科护理风险预警敏感指标体系专家意见集中,本体系为儿科护理风险预警敏感指标数值的设置提供重要的参考依据,为推动儿科护理信息化管理模式提供借鉴。

英文摘要:

Objective Toconstruct the critical early warning index system of pediatrical nursing. Methods The Delphi method was used to investigate 30 nursing experts and consult about critical early warning index that the pediatric nursing leaders should pay attention to. Results The effective recovery rates of questionnaire were respectively 100% and 86.7%.The authority coefficients were 0.846 and 0.868,and the consistency coefficients were 0.268 and 0.243 with statistical significance.Index system for critical early warning index with 3 first-grade indexes ,7 second-grade indexes and 31third-grade indexes was formed.ConclusionsFor formation items of critical early warning index system of pediatrical nursing,the opinions of experts are centralized,which can provide reference for critical value network early warning system and promote nursing management informationization.
