      【摘要】目的 探讨早期母婴皮肤接触及延迟结扎脐带对母乳喂养及新生儿的影响。方法 随机抽取足月新生儿200例分为研究组(100例)和对照组(100例),研究组在新生儿出生后一分钟内即与母亲进行皮肤早接触,待脐带搏动消失后再行断脐;对照组新生儿出生后即予断脐、30分钟后抱至母亲身边进行早期接触,对两组新生儿的首次吸吮时间、新生儿的体温及后期新生儿血红蛋白及红细胞压积进行统计评价。结果 研究组首次吸吮时间及首次母乳喂养的成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿出生1分钟、30分钟及2小时体温均高于对照组(P<0.05)。新生儿出生后的血红蛋白和红细胞压积均高于对照组(P<0.05)结论 早期母婴皮肤接触可以让新生儿的首次吸吮时间显著提前,能使新生儿的体温迅速达到正常水平,并在一定时间内保持稳定,值得在临床推广。

      【Abstract】Objective To approach the effect of early mother-infant skin contact and delayed cutting umbilical cord on breastfeeding and newborn. Methods selected 200 cases of full-term newborns and divided into research group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases), research group have the maternal skin contact in one minutes after birth , delayed cutting umbilical cord until the cord beat disappeared; control group chose cutting umbilical immediately, hold to mother side for early contact after 30 minutes, on the time of first suckling breast milk,the temperature of newborn and the hemoglobin and the hematokrit for statistics. Results the time of first seeking breast milk and the success rate of breast feeding of research group were higher than control group (P<0.05). the temperature of 1 minute、30 minutes and the 2 hours temperature are above control group (P<0.05). the hemoglobin and the hematokrit were all higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion early maternal and infant skin contact can advance the time of first suckling breast milk significantly , can make the temperature of newborn reached normal level quickly and remain stable over time, worthy of promotion.
