      [目的]探讨输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗儿童肾输尿管结石的围手术期护理。[方法]回顾性分析了20例输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗儿童肾输尿管结石病例的围手术期护理，总结围术期的护理经验和体会。[结果]20例儿童肾输尿管结石病人均手术成功，未出现重大并发症，术后恢复良好，治愈出院。[结论]完善围手术期的术前准备，术中的精细操作，术后严密的病情观察及护理和全程的心理支持有助于提高输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗儿童肾输尿管结石的手术成功率，降低术后并发症，促进患儿的康复。
英文摘要:
      To evaluate the perioperative nursing points of children with kidney and ureteral calculi treated with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser. Methods :20 children with kidney and ureteral calculi treated with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser were enrolled in this study ,the perioperative care of the clinical date were analysised, the perioperative care experience and understanding were summarized. Results: ALL of 20 children with kidney and ureteral calculi surgery is successful, no severe complication occurred, postoperative recovery was good and they healed and dischanged. Conclusion: To prepare preoperative well in preoperative period , excellent operation , postoperative close nursing monitoring and method, to pay attention to the psychological care all the time is profit for improving the success rate of surgery with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser for children with kidney and ureteral calculi, reducing probability of complication, promoting ill children’s rehabilitation.
