目的：分析精神专科医院心理咨询门诊来访者的背景特点对来访者的抑郁自评量表得分的影响，为心理咨询工作提供指导。方法：选取宝山区精神卫生中心2016年1月—2017年6月的心理咨询门诊全部来访者资料，共计1579例。采用方差分析和秩和检验的方法进行统计分析，考量人口学变量和抑郁程度的相关性。结果：性别，年龄，受教育程度和婚姻状况对于抑郁程度均有显著性差异（P<0.05），性别、年龄和婚姻状况三个变量对抑郁程度的相关性显著，可为心理咨询门诊护理提供参考。结论：针对不同背景的来访者，优化护理对策，有针对性地实施沟通、引导是必要的。

英文摘要:

Objective: Analyze the influence of the different backgrounds of visitors on the discrepancy of the Self-rating depression scale in order to provide the guidance for psychological counseling. Methods: From 2016 Jan to 2017 Jun, a total of 1579 medical records of visitors in Shanghai Baoshan district mental health center were selected. Analysis of Variance and Rank Sum Test test were used for statistical analysis. Consider the correlation between demographic variables and depression.Results: Gender, age, education background and marital status had significant difference on the depression degree(P<0.05). The correlation between gender, age and marital status was significantly correlated with depression, which could provide reference for psychological counseling. Conclusion: It is necessary to optimize the nursing method and make a difference between the way of communication and guidance consider the different backgrounds of dipression visitors.
