摘要：依托成熟三甲医院，通过建立标杆学习团队、确立学习主题、确定学习伙伴、收集分析资料、拟定改善策略、实际采取改进措施共六项标杆学习步骤，改进新建三级医院护理质量控制管理。比较标杆学习前后的六项质控指标分数，学习后较学习前各项指标分数明显提高P<0.05。标杆学习对于新建医院是一个确实可行的可持续改善护理质量控制管理的方法。

英文摘要:

To improve hospitals’ nursing quality control management by establishing benchmarking study group, confirming study topic, determining learning partners, collecting studying materials, protocoling improving strategies, and taking practical improvements, the six benchmarking study stages, on the basis of mature Ⅲ grade Ⅰ hospitals. By comparing the six quality control index marks before and after the benchmarking study, the improvements on every aspect can be displayed obviously. The benchmarking study is definitely a viable and sustainable method to improve the nursing quality control management for new-established hospitals
