      目的 探讨磁疗治疗老年患者肠道术后胃肠运动功能障碍的效果。材料与方法 选取2016年6月到2017年6月我院收治的年龄>60岁的行肠道手术后胃肠运动功能障碍的患者共100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组采用常规保守治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用磁疗方法，每天2次，每次20分钟，5天为一个疗程，疗效不明显者间隔2天后追加1疗程。12天后（2个疗程结束）观察2组疗效。结果 2组经过12天治疗后，观察组治愈率为92%，对照组为70%，2组治疗效果的差异有统计学意义（μ= 2.8224，P< 0.01）。结论 磁疗能帮助加快恢复老年患者肠道术后胃肠运动功能障碍，无创，无副作用，使用简便，疗效显著，为老年患者肠道术后胃肠运动功能障碍治疗开拓了一个新领域。

      Objective to investigate the magnetic therapy treatment of elderly patients with intestinal surgery effect the material selection and the method of gastrointestinal movement dysfunction in June 2016 to June 2017, our hospital's age > 60 lines after intestinal surgery, a total of 100 patients with dysfunction of gastric bowel movement, each 50 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group using conventional conservative treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the treatment of combined with magnetic therapy method, 2 times a day, every 20 minutes, 5 days for a period of treatment, the curative effect is not obvious between 2 days after the additional 1 treatment course after 12 days (two end of the course) observe curative effect of two groups results of two groups after 12 days after treatment, the observation group cure rate was 92%, control group was 70%, the therapeutic effect of two groups was statistically significant differences between (u = 2.8224, P < 0.01) conclusion magnetic therapy can help speed up the recovery gastrointestinal movement function after surgery for elderly patients with intestinal barrier, noninvasive, no side effect, convenient use, curative effect is distinct, treatment for elderly patients with intestinal postoperative gastrointestinal movement dysfunction opens up a new field
