| 【摘要】 目的：构建社区护理重点人群的筛选工具,以为社区护理服务对象的拓展提供参考依据。方法：本研究采用专家咨询法,第一轮邀请社区护理政策的制定方、社区护理人员的培训方、社区护理实践方代表等22名专家,围绕社区护理重点人群的选择策略进行一对一半结构化访谈；第二轮选取第一轮专家访谈中回应内容比较契合本研究主题的专家代表共4人,通过问卷咨询,对第一轮访谈分析后提取的社区护理重点人群选择策略进行再确认。两轮数据分析均在excel2016中完成。结果：经过两轮专家咨询,最终确定了12项社区护理重点人群判断原则,其中以需方为出发点的5项,以供方为出发点的4项,以政策为出发点的1项,以社会支持为出发点的2项。判断原则的测量办法为：由社区护理服务资源的持有方,首先对各人群在“对该人群服务内容属于社区护理范畴”上的表现进行评判,确认属于社区护理范畴后,再采用李克特7分法,对各人群在其他各判断原则上的表现进行主观评价。结论：本研究所梳理的12条社区护理重点人群判断原则,揭示了社区护理工作的开展需要供需方和政府、社会的全面协作；且为了更精准地确定最需要社区护理资源的社区居民,亟需社区相关信息的统计。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To formulate a selection tool of community nursing care-targeted population, so that to provide a reference for the development of community nursing care. Methods Expert consultation method was applied in this study. In the first round, it invited policy makers, training party of the service executor, and practitioners in the field of community nursing care, to conduct a one-to-one semi structure interview about the selection strategy of community nursing care-targeted population. The number of experts was up to 22. In the second round, it selected four experts who took part in the consultation in the first round and shared ideas that were consistent with the subject. The four of experts reconfirmed the selection strategy of community nursing care-targeted population，which was extracted from the first round of consultation. Both data analysis was completed with Excel 2016. Results After two rounds of expert consultation, 12 judgement principles for community nursing care-targeted population were extracted: five of these items based on the demander, four of these items based on the supplier, one based on the policy and two of these items based on social support. The measure method of 12 judgement principles was that, the holders of the community nursing care service resources should first judge whether the kind of population in community belongs to the category of community nursing care, and if it belonged to the category of community nursing care, the holders should evaluate their performance in the other judgement principles with Likert 7 points system subjectively. Conclusions 12 judgment principles for community nursing care-targeted population formulated in this study, showed that it is necessary to provide comprehensive cooperation among the supply, the demand, government and society for community nursing care operation. What’s more, in order to determine the community residents most in need of community nursing resources, the statistics of community-related information are needed. |
