      【】目的 探讨一种侧开襟病员服在脑卒中并发肩手综合征患者临床应用。方法 将2家康复医院72例脑卒中瘫痪并发肩手综合征的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各36例,实验组入院后穿自发研制的侧开襟病员服进行治疗护理,对照组则穿传统的正开襟的病员服进行治疗护理。比较两组患者穿衣服的意愿、舒适度、护理便携度、患者隐私保护度及患者、家属及护理人员的满意度。结果 实验组患者对侧开襟病员服使用意愿、舒适度、护理便携度、患者隐私保护度及患者、家属及护理人员的满意度方便均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the application of a side opening clothes for stroke patients complicated with shoulder hand syndrome. Methods 72 cases of stroke paralysis with shoulder hand syndrome from 2 rehabilitation hospitals were randomly divided into experimental group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases), patients from the experimental group wear the self-made side opening clothes after admission during the treatment and nursing,while the patients from the control group wear traditional patient clothes during the treatment and nursing. Compare the willingness, comfort degree, nursing portability, patient privacy protection degree and satisfaction of patients, relatives and nurses between the two groups. Results Patients from the experimental group using the side opening clothes had a higher rate in intention of using, comfort, nursing portability, patient privacy protection degree, and the satisfaction of patients, relatives and nurses was obviously better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P
