      通过阐述慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease,CKD)患者营养不良的现状、临床表现及后果,归纳CKD患者出现营养不良的原因、临床上常用的营养评估方法,指出改善CKD3～5期患者营养不良的饮食健康教育研究的主要进展,以期为CKD患者临床护理实践和护理科研提供信息。
英文摘要:
      By expounding the situation, clinical manifestations and consequences of dystrophy of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), it summarizes the causes of dystrophy of CKD patients and the common nutrition evaluation methods clinically, then points out the research progress on healthy diet education for CKD patients so as to provide information for the clinical nursing practice and nursing research of CKD patients.
