      【摘要】:目的:了解综合性大学护生共情能力的现状,并探讨其共情能力的影响因素。 方法:采用自制一般资料问卷、中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、情绪智力量表(EIS),对成都市某综合性大学的150名综合性大学护生进行问卷调查,并分析影响其共情能力的因素。结果:综合性大学护生共情能力总分为(51.67±9.40)分;同情关心维度条目均分最高,个人痛苦条目均分最低。单因素分显示,独生子女、毕业后愿意从事护理的护理本科生,其共情能力得分较高(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,家庭支持、情绪智力总分及其各维度与护生共情能力得分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,是否独生子女、既往健康状况、毕业后从事护理意向、情绪理解为护生共情能力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:综合性大学护生的共情能力总体水平较好,可以通过培养护生从事护理工作的意向、提高其情绪理解来更好地提高共情能力。

      Objectives: To assess the level of empathy ability and explore its influencing factors in baccalaureate nursing students of comprehensive university Methods: A total of 150 students from comprehensive university in Chengdu, Sichuan were enrolled in this a cross-section study. Self-reported questionnaires, including self-made questionnaire ,the Chinese version of Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI-C),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and Emotional Intelligence Scale( EIS) were distributed. Results: The total average score of empathy ability was 51.67±9.40. In the four dimensions of IRI-C, the item mean score of empathy concern was the highest and the lowest was personal distress, which was 2.79±0.64 and 1.92±0.99, respectively. Univariate analysis indicated that single child and better nursing intention had the higher level of empathy ability(P<0.05).Additionally, Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the score of empathy ability were positively associated with family support, emotional intelligence, appraisal of emotion in the self and others, regulation of emotion in the self and utilization of emotions in solving problems(P<0.05). Multiple liner regression analysis showed the influencing factors of empathy ability included single child or non-single child, hospital of health status, nursing intention, appraisal of emotion in others(P<0.05). Conclusion: Our study revealed the better level of empathy ability in baccalaureate nursing students of comprehensive university. Single child, worse health status in the past, better nursing intention,and greater appraisal of emotion in others predicted the higher level of empathy ability in baccalaureate nursing students of comprehensive university.It suggests that nursing educators should pay more attention to improve nursing intention and cultivate the appraisal of emotion in baccalaureate nursing students of comprehensive university,which was beneficial to improve their empathy ability.
