      目的 探讨快速康复外科理念在剖宫产术后留置尿管护理中的应用。 方法 选取2017年3月至5月于我院行剖宫产术的产妇100例,按随机数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组于术后12h拔除留置尿管,对照组于术后24h拔除留置尿管,对比两组产妇拔除尿管后的排尿情况、肛门排气情况、纯母乳喂养情况。 结果 实验组产妇拔除尿管后排尿成功率、纯母乳喂养率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 对剖宫产术后产妇实施快速康复外科护理可减少术后尿潴留,改善产妇舒适度,提高纯母乳喂养率。
英文摘要:
      Objective The aim of the study was to explore application of fast-track surgery in nursing of urinary catheter after caesarean section. Methods From March 2017 to May 2017, a total of 100 patients who were performed caesarean section in International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital. They were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group, the experimental group removed the indwelling catheter in 12h after surgery, and the control group removed the indwelling catheter after 24h. The indexes such as removal of urine after catheterization, post-operative evacuation time, exclusive breast-feeding were compared. Results There were significant differences in removal of urine after catheterization and exclusive breast-feeding between control group and experimental group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant. Conclusions Application of fast-track surgery in nursing of urinary catheter after caesarean section can reduce postoperative urinary retention, improve maternal comfort and improve the exclusive breastfeeding rate.
