中文摘要:

目的深入了解医疗专家对专科护士协助门诊看诊及日常工作后的体会。方法采用现象学的研究方法，对4位某三甲专科医院的医疗专家进行半结构式深入访谈并在其诊室内现场观察，访谈资料运用Colaizzi分析法分析整理。结果从专家获专科护士协助后的体验中提炼出1个主题，即三方获益。从专家对专科护士的认识和未来发展的建议中提炼出2个主题，专科护士选拔和培养建议、对专科护士的差异性认知。结论在专科护士协助下，不仅医生工作效率得到极大提升，还有效改善患者就医体验、提高患者诊疗安全性；同时，医护协作的团队看诊模式为护士专业能力提升及职业生涯规划提供一个新的方向，为五官科高级护理实践的发展奠定基础。

英文摘要:

Objective To deeply explore doctors’ experience after being assisted by a specialist nurse at outpatient clinic. Methods Phenomenological approach using open-ended semi-structured in-depth interviews and field observation of outpatient service to collect 4 chief surgeon experiences of working with a specialist nurse at outpatient clinic， and data was analyzed by Colaizzi 7 step method. Results One theme regarding experience after working with specialist nurse, it is triple benefited. Two themes regarding understanding and development advice of specialist nurse, including advice for the standardized practice of specialist nurse and differential cognition of specialist nurse. Conclusion The setting of specialist nurse not only improve doctor’s work efficiency, experience of patience and the security of treatment, but also provide a new way to improve professional skills and achievement of nurse. It also lay a foundation for the development of the eent advanced nursing practice.
