      目的 探讨关于新款桡动脉加压器在临床中的应用效果。方法 选择2017.03~2017.11 在我院心内科科室住院期间患者120例,以3——7月的患者为观察组,以8——11月的患者为对照组。采用新旧款桡动脉加压器的观察护理及舒适度,来对比两组患者对加压器的周围皮肤的破损、肿胀、疼痛程度进行调查并分析。结果 观察组与对照组患者在舒适度、手麻木、手背肿胀、穿刺点渗血、穿刺周围青紫发生率方面无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异极为显著(P<0.01)； 结论 刻度款桡动脉加压器面积小,肌肤受压处减轻,有刻度显示更能精确的观察,患者易接受,减轻患者焦虑、疼痛感、肿胀感。
英文摘要:
      Objective to explore the effect of new radial artery pressor in clinic. Methods: the patients in the department of cardiology department of our hospital were selected as the control group in the patients in the department of cardiology department of the department of internal medicine of the hospital for the period from march to July, 2013 to November, 2013. To compare the damage, swelling and pain of the surrounding skin of the two groups, the patients were investigated and analyzed with the observation nursing and comfort of the old and new radial artery pressor. Results there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of comfort, numbness of hands, swelling of the back of the hand, puncture point infiltration, and the incidence of glaucoma around the puncture (P BBB 0.05). The pain score was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion the area of the radial artery pressurizer is small, the skin pressure is reduced, the scale shows more accurate observation, the patient is easy to accept, alleviates the patient's anxiety, the pain, the swelling feeling.
