      目的：探讨开放及腹腔镜下全膀胱切除+回肠代膀胱术治疗高级别浸润性膀胱癌患者的围手术期护理要点。方法：收集2016年6月至2017年6月我院行全膀胱切除+回肠代膀胱术患者共38例,对所有患者的临床资料及手术情况以及护理资料进行收集和分析。结果：38例患者手术均成功,术后出现肠梗阻患者8例,肺部感染1例,下肢深静脉血栓1例,急性肾盂肾炎1例,经过对症治疗护理后顺利出院,其余患者均未发生围手术期并发症。结论：对全膀胱切除+回肠代膀胱术后患者加强围手术期护理干预可以让发生各种术后并发症的患者得到及时治疗,使患者快速出院,值得在临床上推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the key points of perioperative nursing for patients with high grade invasive bladder cancer who received open and laparoscopic bladder cystectomy and bricker diversionMethods: A total of 38 patients who received open and laparoscopic bladder cystectomy and bricker diversion were enrolled in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017, and the clinical data, operation and nursing data were collected and analyzed.Results: All of the patients were successful in operation, 8 cases of intestinal obstruction after surgery, 1 case of lung infection, 1 case of deep vein thrombosis, 1 case of acute pyelonephritis, after symptomatic treatment and care all the patients discharged, the remaining patients did not occur perioperative complications.Conclusion: Perioperative nursing intervention for patients with bladder cystectomy and bricker diversion can make those patients who have postoperative complications receive timely treatment, so that they can discharged quickly. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
