      【】目的：评价辅理善瞬感扫描式葡萄糖检测系统(FlashGlucose Monitoring System)对重症胰腺炎患者血糖监测中的临床疗效及安全性。方法：本研究采取自身对照试验,10例重症胰腺炎患者Q4H测量毛细血管血糖和运用POCT血糖仪测量血糖。比较患者运用2种血糖检测手段的血糖数值比较。评估患者疼痛程度、满意度,并且比较两组护理人员每天所用的操作时间。结果：瞬感扫描式葡萄糖检测系统与毛细血管血糖监测结果差异无统计学意义,使用瞬感扫描式葡萄糖检测系统的重症胰腺炎患者的疼痛程度得分明显低于毛细血管血糖检测(P＜0.05)；使用瞬感扫描式葡萄糖检测系统的重症胰腺炎患者满意度提高,护理人员的操作时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P＜005)。结论：瞬感扫描式葡萄糖检测系统与传统毛细血管血糖检测结果无显著差异,且瞬感扫描式葡萄糖检测系统可以减轻患者疼痛程度,提高患者满意度、缩短护理人员实际操作时间,提高护理人员的工作效率。

      【】: Objective: Assess the clinical effect and safety of a novel flash glucose monitoring system (Freestyle Libre, Abbott Diabetes Care). Method: In this study, we conducted self-controlled trials, 10 patients with severe pancreatitis were measured glucose levels every 4 hours by capillary blood glucose screening (CGS) and subcutaneous flash glucose monitoring system (FGM). The glucose levels with different detection methods were compared. The patients’paining and satisfaction were assessed. The nurses’ operating time daily in two groups were also compared.Results: There is no statistically significance between CGS and FGM groups considering glucose level. The pain score of severe pancreatitis patients with FGM was significantly lower than CGS (P <0.05); The satisfaction of severe pancreatitis patients with FGM increased, the nurses’ operating time obviously shortened, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: The glucose levels between CGS and FGM had no significant difference, FGM could release the pain of patients, and improve patients’ satisfaction. Meanwhile FGM could shorten nurses’ operating time, and increase the efficiency of nursing stuff.
