| 【摘要】目的：探讨表达性艺术治疗对精神分裂症住院患者自我意识的干预效果。方法：将120例慢性精神分裂症住院患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例，研究组予以表达性艺术治疗，两组在基线、治疗7周末、14周末分别采用自我意识量表（SCS）及其分量表（私我意识、公我意识）评定疗效。结果：①研究组SCS总分、公我意识在基线与治疗7周末、7周末与14周末的评分比较上均存在显著性差异（p＜0.01），分数呈上升趋势；私我意识在治疗7周末与14周末评分统计存在显著性差异（p＜0.01）。②研究组与对照组在SCS总分、私我意识、公我意识的基线、治疗7周末评分均无统计学差异（p＞0.05），但在治疗14周末评分存在显著统计学差异（p＜0.01），研究组得分高于对照组。结论：表达性艺术治疗能够改善慢性精神分裂症住院患者的自我意识状态，提升个人私我意识及公我意识，促进康复。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the efficacy of expressive art therapy on self-consciousness of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The study group was treated with expressive art therapy. The assessment of efficacy was conducted on both groups using Self-consciousness Scale (SCS) and its subscale (private self-consciousness, public self-consciousness) at the baseline level, 7 and 14 weeks respectively. Results: ① There was a significant difference (p<0.01) of SCS total score and public self-consciousness among the baseline , 7th week of treatment and 14th week. There was a significant difference (p<0.01) of private self-consciousnessbetween 7th and 14th week of treatment.②There was no statistical difference（p＞0.05）ofthe SCS total score, private self-consciousness and public self-consciousness between the baseline and the 7th week of treatment, butthere was a significant difference (p<0.01) between the two groups after the 14th week of treatment, and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Expressive Art Therapy can improve the self-consciousness status of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia, enhance their personal self-consciousness and public self-consciousness, and promote rehabilitation. |
