      目的 观察揿针围贴疗法对带状疱疹急性疼痛与焦虑情绪的影响。方法 将符合纳入标准和排除标准的患者63例,通过随机软件分为观察组(揿针围贴+西药治疗,32例)和对照组(西药治疗,31例),两组患者均给予伐昔洛韦分散片、维生素B1、甲钴胺片口服治疗,观察组同时给予揿针围贴治疗,均治疗15天。观察治疗前后两组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、疼痛强度变化和焦虑自测评分,并评定临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后疼痛缓解程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但治疗后观察组VAS评分、疼痛强度变化及焦虑自测评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组的总有效率为90.0%(27/30),对照组的总有效率为86.7%(26/30),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 揿针围贴疗法可改善带状疱疹急性期疼痛和焦虑状态,提高日常生存质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective Observe the effect of press needle surround stick on acute pain and anxiety in acute herpes zoster . Methods Sixty-three HZ patients who met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomized into observation group (press needle surrounding stick + western medicine treatment,32 cases) and control group (31 cases ,western medicine treatment). Both groups were received oral Valacyclovir hydrochloride dispeisible tablets, Vitamin B1 and Mecobalamin tablets, a total of 15 days of treatment. Observe the visual analogue scale (VAS), changes in pain intensityand, anxiety self-test score and assess clinical efficacy before and after treatment in both groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in pain relief after treatment between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). However, the VAS scores, pain intensity changes, and anxiety self-test scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment. (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0% (27/30), the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7% (26/30). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The therapy of press needle surround stick can improve pain and anxiety in the acute phase of herpes zoster and improve daily quality of life.
