      【目的】 探讨中医护理临床路径在胆囊切除术患者术后镇痛的效果。方法 选取我院外科胆囊手术患者120例,随机分为观察和对照两组各60例。对照组术后给予常规的护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上,实施中医护理临床路径。观察2组患者术后镇痛效果、住院天数、住院费用及患者镇痛满意度。结果 两组术后患者疼痛均有改善。观察组在镇痛效果、住院时间、住院费用和满意度等方面优于对照组,两组之间具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 对胆囊切除术患者术后实施中医护理临床路径,镇痛效果明显,可提高患者对术后镇痛的满意度,缩短患者的住院时间,减少住院费用,值得推广。
英文摘要:
      objective Objective to explore the effect of TCM nursing clinical pathway on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing cholecystectomy. Method 120 cases of surgical gallbladder surgery in our hospital were selected. t was randomly divided into two groups, each of which 60 cases were observed and compared. The control group was given routine nursing intervention after operation. The observation group was based on the routine nursing intervention. To implement the clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The analgesic effect, length of stay, hospitalization expenses and satisfaction degree of patients in 2 groups were observed. Result The pain in the two groups was improved. he analgesic effect, length of stay, hospitalization expenses and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The statistical significance between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). conclusion Clinical pathway of TCM nursing for cholecystectomy patients after operation.The analgesic effect is obvious. It can improve patient satisfaction with postoperative analgesia, shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization expenses, which is worth promoting.
