目的：探讨开展品管圈活动对降低静脉输液渗出次数的有效性。方法：成立品管圈小组对2016年7月至2017年4月期间院内需要进行静脉输液治疗的患者开展品管圈活动,调查统计分析导致静脉输液渗出的原因,制定相应的整改措施并组织实施进行干预,观察分析品管圈活动前后静脉输液渗出次数情况。结果：干预后患者静脉输液渗出次数由138次下降至58次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：开展品管圈活动有利于降低浅静脉输液渗出次数,保护了患者的血管同时也提高了临床输液护理质量和安全。

英文摘要:

Objetive: To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities on reducing the number of intravenous infusion exudates.Methods: The quality control ring group was established to conduct QCC activities in patients who required intravenous fluid therapy in the hospital between July 2016 and April 2017. The investigation and statistics detected the causes of the infusion of venous infusion fluids, formulated corresponding remedial measures and organized interventions after analysis of the condition of intravenous infusion exudation before and after QCC activity.Results: After the intervention, the number of venous infusion in patients dropped from 138 to 58, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Carrying out QCC activities will help reduce the number of superficial vein infusion exudation, protect the blood vessels of patients, and improve the quality and safety of clinical infusion care.
