| 目的 调查辅助生殖患者取卵前2日的焦虑状态,为进行相关心理干预提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样方法,对海军军医大学附属长海医院生殖医学中心2017年5月-7月期间首次接受IVF-ET助孕的患者进行问卷调查。具体在首次取卵前两日,由具有护理心理学资质的护士发放调查问卷,内容包括一般信息、不孕年限、经济状况、文化程度、居住情况等。利用EPIDATA软件进行双人双机双录的方式录入数据。用SPSS统计软件进行相关统计分析,检验水准α＝0.05。结果 283例首次取卵患者中有211例患者在存在不同程度的焦虑,焦虑来源依次是婆媳关系(91%)、夫妻关系(85%)、亲友态度(35%)以及经济负担(33%)。不孕年限2-5年、高龄、高学历、与父母同住的患者焦虑状态更为严重(P<0.05)。结论 首次取卵患者取卵前普遍存在焦虑状态,以夫妻关系和婆媳关系为核心的家庭因素是诱发取卵前患者焦虑的最重要原因,不仅要做好患者的心理按摩工作,同时做好家庭成员的教育团结工作亦是十分必要的。 |

| Objective: To investigate the anxiety state in the patients accepting the assisted reproductive treatment on the two-day before ovum pick-up with the objective to provide basis information for psychological intervention. Methods: By using convenience sampling method, female patients, who accepted ovum pick-up for the first time in reproductive medicine center of Changhai hospital affiliated to Secondary Military Medical University from May 2017 to Sep 2017, were participated in this questionnaire. On the two-day before ovum pick-up, a senior nurse, who had the qualification of nursing psychology, distributed the questionnaires. The contents of questionnaire included demographic information, duration of infertility, state of anxiety, financial situation, education degree, living condition, etc. Double personnel double machine double data entry system was applied using EPIDATA software. Using the general descriptive statistical analysis, all the data were entered into SPSS for data analysis. Statistical significance was set at 0.05. Results: On the two-day prior to the ovum pick-up, 211 out of 283(74.3%) patients had different levels of anxiety coming from the relationship with their mother-in-law (91%), the relationship with their husband (85%), the attitude from relatives or friends (35%) and the economic burden (33%). And the patients with 2-5 years of infertility, older age, higher education, or living with patients suffering more serious anxiety (P< 0.05). Conclusion: There was a general anxiety state on the two-day before ovum pick-up for the first time. Family factors based on the relationship between husband and wife and between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law are the most important reasons for the anxiety. Not only do we need to do psychological massage well, but also do a good job of family members" education and solidarity. |
