| 目的 分析国内外乳腺癌移动医疗应用程序的研究，并重点关注其应用程序的可用性评价，以期为今后相关研究提供建议及参考。方法 检索2007年1月至2017年12月期间发表的文献。英文数据库为Web of Science，Medline，CINAHL，Science Direct，Wiley Online Library，Springer Link,PubMed等；关键词为“mobile health application”、“smartphone application”、“mobile phone application”、“breast cancer”，中文数据库为中国知网、万方、维普；关键词为“移动医疗”、“智能手机应用”、“手机应用”、“软件”、“APP”、“乳腺癌”、“癌症”等。结果 共纳入14篇文献。乳腺癌移动医疗应用程序的功能以监测和管理症状,饮食运动及心理方面的健康教育为主。程序可用性评价大多采用混合研究方法，量性研究以问卷评估为主，质性研究多采用小样本的访谈。评价对象大多针对目标患者用户，评价场所多是远程评价，极少数在可用性实验室进行，评价工具多针对有效性进行的问卷及使用感受的文字转录，不同研究之间评价要素没有统一且差别很大。结论 移动医疗产品可用性评价的规范实施理应受到科研人员的重视，下一步亟需构建可用性评价指南规范流程，严谨研究设计、个性化设置评价要素，扩大评价对象的范围，规范场所与评价工具。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To analyze the domestic and international research on breast cancer mobile health applications and focus on the evaluation of the usability of their applications so as to provide suggestions and references for future research. Methods Retrieved from January 2007 to December 2017. The English database is Web of Science, Medline, CINAHL, Science Direct, Wiley Online Library, Springer Link, PubMed, etc. Keywords are "mobile health applications", "smartphone application", "mobile phone application", "breast cancer".The Chinese database is CNKI, Wanfang and VIP; the key words are "smart phone application", "mobile application", "breast cancer", "breast cancer" and "cancer". Results A total of 14 articles were included. The function of Breast Cancer Mobile Health App is focused on monitoring and managing symptoms, diet and psychosocial health education. The evaluation of program usability mostly adopts the method of mixed research. The quantitative research is mainly based on the questionnaire assessment. The qualitative research mostly uses the small sample interview. Most of the evaluation objects are aimed at the target patients, the evaluation sites are mostly remote evaluation, very few in the usability laboratory, the evaluation tools are more useful for the effectiveness of the questionnaire and the use of text transcription, the evaluation elements of different research are not uniform and the difference is big. Conclusion The normative implementation of mobile medical product usability evaluation should be paid more attention by researchers. The next step urgently needs to construct normative process of usability evaluation guideline, rigorously research and design, personalize the evaluation elements, expand the scope of evaluation object, standardize the place and evaluation tools. |
