      【摘要】目的 探讨居家腹透模拟室在腹膜透析患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 以海军军医大学附属第二医院收治的腹膜透析患者为研究对象。选取2017年1-12月在居家腹透模拟室进行健康教育的106例腹膜透析患者作为观察组,以2016年1-12月采用传统健康教育方式的110例腹膜透析患者作为对照组,比较两组护士宣教时间及宣教内容灵活性、患者对腹透相关知识操作的掌握情况及患者满意度等指标。结果 观察组护士对患者的宣教时间及宣教内容灵活性优于对照组,观察组健康宣教的效果优于对照组。观察组患者对于宣教的满意度(99%)高于对照组(87%)(P<0.05)。结论 采用居家腹透模拟室对腹膜透析患者进行健康教育,护士的宣教时间及宣教内容根据患者需求灵活大,提升了护士健康宣教的效果,提高了患者的满意度。

      【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of home abdominal permeation simulation room in health education for peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods Peritoneal dialysis patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University were selected as subjects. 106 patients with peritoneal dialysis who underwent health education in the home abdominal cavity simulation room from January to December in 2017 were selected as observation group. 110 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients using traditional health education methods from January to December in 2016 were used as control group. Group nurses' teaching time and the flexibility of the content of the mission, the patient's knowledge of the operation of the relevant knowledge of the peritoneal dialysis and patient satisfaction. Results The nurses in the observation group were better than the control group in the mission time and the content of the mission. The health education of the observation group was better than the control group. The satisfaction of the observation group (99%) was higher in the observation group than in the control group (87%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The health education of peritoneal dialysis patients was carried out in the home abdominal cavity simulation room. The nurse's teaching time and mission content were flexible according to the patient's needs, which improved the effect of nurses' health education and improved patient satisfaction.
