中文摘要:
      [目的] 评价思维导图在脑卒中患者介入溶栓健康教育中的应用效果。[方法] 将2018年1月-2018年5月介入科收治的80例脑卒中溶栓患者,随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组由护士实施常规的健康教育,观察组将思维导图应用在健康教育中,比较两组患者的疾病相关知识知晓情况、服药依从性及住院满意度。[结果] 观察组采用思维导图健康宣教后,患者对于脑卒中疾病相关知识知晓率、服药依从性及住院满意度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论] 思维导图在脑卒中患者介入溶栓术后健康教育中的应用,有利于脑卒中患者对疾病相关知识的掌握,提高了脑卒中患者健康宣教的有效性及遵医行为,提升了患者住院满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluation the application of mind mapping on health education in patients with stroke after interventional therapy. Methods On January 2018-May 2018 in interventional division hospitalized for thrombolysis of 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was received routine health education by the nurse, observation group was received mind mapping application in health education, comparing two groups of patients with general information,patient hospitalized satisfaction, postoperative complications, disease related knowledge level.Results After the observation group adopted the mind mapping health education,medication compliance of patients, hospitalized satisfaction and knowledge of interventional therapy after cerebral apoplexy were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion After mind mapping applying in thrombolysis of cerebral apoplexy for health education, mastering related knowlegde degree of disease ,improving the health education effect, patient hospitalized satisfaction and cerebral apoplexy adherence to diseases treatment.
