【】目的探讨品管圈活动对改善胃癌患者术后鼻饲流质正确执行率的效果。方法成立品管圈组织,收集胃癌患者术后鼻饲流质执行情况数据并进行原因分析,据此制定基于“头脑风暴”的改进措施并组织实施。结果实施品管圈护理活动干预后,患者鼻饲流质正确执行率显著提高,明显高于实施前(P＜0.05)。结论品管圈活动在提高胃癌患者术后鼻饲流质正确执行率方面有较好的效果；应用科学完整的护理方案,有助于提高护理质量。

英文摘要:

【】Objective To explore the effects that the QCC(Quality control circle)nursing intervention on the rate of nasogastric feedings executed correctly among the gastric carcinoma patients after surgical operation. Methods To collect the data of the patients’ nasogastric feedings during their hospitalization when the QCC group was built up. We formulate nursing interventions according to brainstorming after the influence factors were found and then the plan was implemented by our QCC members. Results The implementation rate of nasogastric feedings executed correctly was improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The QCC nursing interventions could improve the implementation rate of nasogastric feedings executed correctly, and nursing quality could be improved according to the scientific and exact nursing program.
