| 目的 探讨风险预警护理制度对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)门诊患者非计划性拔管的预防效果。方法 选取2017年7月至2018年1月期间于我院门诊实施非计划性拔管风险预警护理的951例留置PICC患者为研究对象,归为观察组,并随机选取2016年6月至2016年12月期间于我院门诊实施常规护理的900例留置PICC患者为对照组。比较两组患者的基线资料、非计划性拔管发生率与拔管时的护理满意度。结果 两组患者的性别、年龄、原发疾病等基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),具有可比性。观察组患者的非计划性拔管发生率为2.6%,显著低于对照组的4.6%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患者拔管时的护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 风险预警护理能显著降低PICC门诊患者非计划性拔管的发生风险,提高护理满意度,应用效果令人满意,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the preventive effect of risk pre-warning nursing in unexpected extubation of outpatients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods 951 patients with PICC received unexpected extubation risk pre-warning nursing of unexpected extubation in Outpatient Department from July 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled the study as observation group, and 900 patients with PICC received routine nursing from June to December 2016 were enrolled the study as control group. Baseline data, the incidence of unexpected extubation and the nursing satisfaction at extubation were compared between two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in baseline data including sex, age and primary diseases between two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of unexpected extubation in observation group was 2.6%, and it was significantly lower than 4.6% in control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients at extubation in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Risk pre-warning nursing could significantly reduce the risk of unexpected extubation in outpatients with PICC and improve the patient"s nursing satisfaction, whose application effect is satisfactory, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
