      【】目的 探讨新型腔镜手术冲洗装置的设计与临床应用。方法 选择2016年1-6月在我院行腔镜手术患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组使用常规腔镜手术冲洗装置,观察组使用新型腔镜手术冲洗装置；比较两组患者手术冲洗时间。结果 观察组在手术冲洗时间方面优于对照组,差异均具有统计学(P<0.01)。结论 新型腔镜冲洗装置提高了冲洗效率,有助于腔镜手术发展,具有应用前景。

      【】 Objective: To discuss the design and clinical application of a new type of endoscopic Surgical suction apparatus Methods ：200 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery in our hospital From January 1, 2016 to June 30 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (100 cases each). The control group used a conventional endoscopic Surgical suction apparatus, and the observation group used a new type device. Then the two groups of patients were compared with the irrigation and aspiration time during operation.Results： Time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01) Conclusion： new type of endoscopic Surgical suction apparatus improve the efficiency of irrigation and aspiration. It can promote the development of endoscopic surgery, and has the prospect of application.
