      目的 探讨采用固定式冰袋的使用在肌肉活组织检查术后并发症中的效果。方法 选取2016年8月～2017年7月北京市某三甲医院神经内科准备行肌肉活组织检查术的患者96例，对照组、观察组各48例患者，观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上，使用自制固定式冰袋冰敷，比较两组患者在活检术后伤口疼痛、出血及肿胀明之间的差异。结果 观察组患者活检术后伤口疼痛、出血及肿胀明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自制固定式冰袋冰敷在肌肉活组织检查术后患者中应用效果良好。
英文摘要:
      Objective to investigate the effect of frozen ice pack on postoperative complications after muscle biopsy. Selection methods from August 2016 to July 2017 in Beijing a 3 armour hospital neurology ready to line 96 cases of patients with muscle biopsy, control group and observation group 48 patients, observation group on the basis of routine treatment and nursing, the use of homemade stationary ice ice compress, compared two groups of patients in biopsy of postoperative wound pain, bleeding and swelling of the differences between Ming. Results the pain, bleeding and swelling after biopsy were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ice compress can be used effectively in patients after muscle biopsy.
