| 【摘要】目的 探究远程团队护理支持对初产妇产褥期母亲角色适应的影响。方法 选取92例2016年1月到2016年12月在我院入院待产的初产妇，在分娩出院时按照随机数表法分为对照组46例与干预组46例。对照组实行常规出院问访，干预组在对照组的基础上，由围产保健科进行远程团队护理支持。在产妇出院时和产后6周采用母亲角色适应状况调查表、医学应对方式问卷和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)进行调查。结果 产后6周干预组初产妇产褥期母亲角色适应评分为(48.48±7.86)分，高于对照组(32.19±6.62)分(P<0.01)；产后6周干预组产妇EPDS评分(9.64±2.25)分低于对照组产妇EPDS评分(10.94±2.49)分(P<0.05)；产后6周干预组面对应对方式评分为(19.79±5.04)分与对照组应对方式评分(16.13±4.14)分有显著差异 (P<0.01)。回避和屈服应对方式评分分别为(13.10±3.30)分和(9.19±2.28)分，均明显低于对照组的(15.72± 3.88)分和(12.42±3.09)分(P<0.01)。结论 远程团队护理支持对初产妇产褥期母亲角色适应有积极影响，可使初产妇更快进入母亲角色，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of remote team nursing support on mothers' role adaptation in laying hens. Methods 92 cases of primipara from January 2016 to December 2016 were divided into control group (46 cases) and intervention group (46 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was routinely discharged. The intervention group was supported by the remote team based on the control group. Maternal coping status questionnaire, medical coping style questionnaire and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale (EPDS) were investigated at maternal discharge and 6 weeks postpartum. Results The maternal adaptation score was (48.48 ± 7.86), which was higher than that of the control group (32.19 ± 6.62) (P <0.01). The maternal EPDS score (9.64 ± 2.25) in the intervention group at 6 weeks postpartum, (16.99 ± 5.04) and the coping style score (16.13 ± 4.14) in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) Significant difference (P <0.01). (13.7 ± 3.30) and (9.19 ± 2.28), respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (15.72 ± 3.88) and (12.42 ± 3.09) (P <0.01), respectively. Conclusion Remote team nursing support has a positive effect on the mother 's role in the mother' s puerperium, which can make the primiparous woman enter the mother 's role more quickly and deserve clinical application. |
