      目的 探讨基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning PBL),基于案例的教学法(case-based learning CBL)和传统教学法(Lecture-based learning LBL)相结合在护士母乳喂养培训中的应用效果。方法 便利抽样选择我院妇科和产科护士共30名,随机分为观察组(15名)和对照组(15名)。在培训过程中,实验组采用采用PBL、CBL、LBL相结合教学法进行母乳喂养相关理论知识及操作技能培训,对照组护士采用以授课为基础的教学方法( LBL)进行培训。培训共计24学时。比较两组护士对培训课程满意度,母乳喂养理论及操作成绩,并对两组护士进行一对一访谈培训感受。结果 培训后实验组护士对培训的满意度,母乳喂养理论及操作成绩,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论 PBL、CBL、LBL相结合教学法提升母乳喂养的培训效果,提高护士解决问题的能力,激发护士学习的兴趣,值得推广和使用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effects of the combination of PBL, CBL and LBL teaching method on the training of the nurses in breastfeeding. Methods A total of 30 nurses in the gynecology and obstetrics departments were divided into experimental group (n=15) and control group (n=15). In the process of training, the nurses of control group underwent LBL and conventional training, while the nurses of experimental group received mode PBL, CBL and LBL training including breastfeeding related knowledge and skills. The training conducted a 24-class-hour teaching. The nurse of training satisfaction, breastfeeding related theory and operating performance were compared between two groups after training. The nurses were interviewed the training experience as well. Results After training, the score of experimental group in training satisfaction, breastfeeding related theory and operating performance were higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL, CBL and LBL teaching method in training nurses could improve the breastfeeding training effect, promote the ability of solving problem and enhance interest in learning.
