      目的 探究“三三法则”促进输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后残余结石排出的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2016年2月至2017年4月收治的行常规护理的输尿管结石患者75例作为对照组,另选取我院2017年5月至2018年7月收治的采用“三三法则”干预的输尿管结石患者75例作为观察组。对比两组排石率、结石排出情况及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组结石排出率及排净率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石排出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组膀胱刺激症状及血尿发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 “三三法则”护理应用于输尿管镜碎石术后患者可促进结石排出,减少不良反应,值得临床推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective Exploring the "three-three rules" to promote the clinical efficacy of residual calculi after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods Seventy-five patients with conventional ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group. The intervention of the “Three-Three Principles” was adopted from May 2017 to July 2018. 75 patients with ureteral calculi were used as observation group. The rate of stone removal, stone discharge and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The stone discharge rate and the discharge rate of the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ureter, bladder and urethra stone discharge rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of bladder irritation and hematuria in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion "Three-three rules" nursing application in patients with ureteroscopy and lithotripsy can promote the discharge of stones and reduce adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
