      目的 了解三级甲等医院神经科人员对神经科专科护士培养的需求，为神经科专科护士的培养提供参考。 方法 对上海市某三级甲等医院 20 名神经科医生、护理管理者、临床护士及患者进行半结构式深入访谈，按照现象学分析方法进行资料分析。 结果 提炼出3个核心主题：定位明确的神经科专科护士的培养具有必要性；三维一体的综合能力培养是神经科专科护士培养内容需求；临床实践环境的改善在神经科专科护士培养中举足轻重。 结论 明确神经科专科护士在我国临床实践中的定位，制定以提高神经科专科护士能力水平为目标的培养标准，建立系统化神经科专科护士临床实践条件。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the needs of the direct related personnel of neurology specialist nurses in third-grade class-A hospitals, and to provide reference for the training of neurology specialist nurses. Methods Using phenomenological research method, the author conducted a semi-structured in-depth interview with 20 neurology doctors, nursing managers, clinical nurses and patients in a third-grade class-A hospital in Shanghai. Result Extract 3 Core themes: It is necessary to have a clear orientation of the training of neurology specialist nurses; three-dimensional integrated ability training is the content demand of neurology specialist nurses; the improvement of clinical practice environment plays an important role in the training of neurology nurses. Conclusion we should make clear the position of neurology nurses in clinical practice in China, develop a standard for improving the ability level of neurological specialist nurses, establishing systematic clinical practice condition for neurology nurse．
