      【摘要】目的 解决患者妥善固定引流袋,判断引流液色、质、量,保证融入社会时自身行动及外观的舒适感等居家困扰问题,降低导管脱出松动、打折扭曲的发生率。方法 选取2018年2月- 6月使用持续引流袋的患者22例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各11例。 观察组使用自制的持续引流袋的便携袋,对照组使用传统方法使用持续引流袋。评价两组导管脱出松动、打折扭曲的发生率,患者妥善固定引流袋、自我判断引流液、融入社交生活的能力、外观舒适感及护士的满意度。结果 两组导管脱出松动的发生率、妥善固定引流袋、自我判断引流液、融入社交生活的能力及外观舒适感比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组护士的满意比较,有显著提高(P＜0.05)。结论 自制的持续引流袋的便携袋可以更大程度增加患者的安全性、便捷性、判断的准确性,提升患者融入社会时自身行动及外观的要求。
英文摘要:
      Objective To solve the problems of home distress, such as proper fixation of the drainage bag, determination of color, quality and quantity of drainage fluid, and guarantee the comfort of personal actions and appearance when integrating into the society, as well as to reduce the incidence of loosening and discount distortion of the catheter. Methods There were twenty-two patients who used continuous drainage bags from February to June 2018 randomly and were divided into the observation group and the control group. Each group included eleven cases. The observation group cases received a homemade portable packing for continuous drainage, while the control group experienced a traditional method for continuous drainage. To evaluate the incidence of catheter looseness and discount distortion in the two groups, the patients properly fixed drainage bag, judged drainage fluid, ability to integrate into social life, appearance comfort and nurse satisfaction. Results The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of nurses in the two groups was significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion The portable packing of self-made continuous drainage bag can increase the safety, convenience and judgment accuracy of patients to a greater extent and improve the requirements of patients" behavior and appearance when they integrate into society.
