      【】 目的 调查上海妇儿专科医院NICU护士开展发育支持护理(development supporting care, DSC)行为的现况,并分析其影响因素。 方法 应用发育支持护理自评量表,对本市6家三甲妇儿专科医院中的206名NICU护士进行调查,应用逐步多元线性回归对护士实施DSC行为的影响因素进行分析。 结果 护士实施DSC行为总分(39.95±4.48)分,影响护士实施DSC因素依次为护患比、从事NICU 护理年限及受教育程度。 结论 现阶段上海NICU护士实施发育支持护理的措施主要以环境控制为主,欠缺以家庭为中心的护理支持和文化。建议NICU病房改革封闭管理,建立DSC认证教育,形成团队协作的DSC工作模式,促进家庭共同参与。
英文摘要:
      【】 Objective To investigate the factors related to development supporting care (DSC) of NICU nurses in hospitals specialist for women and/or children in Shanghai. Methods The developmental care self review checklists data of 206 NICU nurses were analyzed, and multiple linear stepwise regression was performed between nurse’s behaviors (dependent variable) and possible factors (independent variable). Result Nurse’s DSC behaviors score was 39.95±4.48 , the state of metastasis of nurse patient ratio, employment time in NICU and level of education were the influencing factors. Conclusion Nurse of NICU in Shanghai carry out DSC at present mainly based on controlling working environment, and the most deficient in family-centered nursing support and culture. It is suggested to change the closed management of NICU, establish the DSC certification education, form the working mode of teamwork, and promote the joint participation of families.
